Location: Radford Building, lower floor

Essential Duties Summary

Assist the Office of Alumni Relations with tasks including, but not limited to: Update content within web-based programs, including Alumni Association social media; Office/Homecoming supply inventory; Assist with special projects throughout the year including Homecoming, LEAP Conferences, McMurry Serves, Spring Alumni Weekend; Work with alumni database to update records, produce lists and reports; Communicate with alumni volunteers; Greet/accompany campus guests as needed; and other clerical duties/errands as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Applicant must be enrolled full-time as a McMurry student with an award of work study funds verified by the Office of Financial Aid. Must be able to furnish identification to complete payroll documents as described in IRS Form I-9 “List Of Acceptable Documents.”

Minimum Required Education High School/G.E.D.
Preferred Qualifications

Professional phone etiquette required
Punctual, dependable, and responsible with a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands

There may be some lifting required for stocking supplies, setting up events, etc. Details will be discussed at interview.
